Job summary

WD is seeking a Physical Security Systems Analyst to manage day-to-day administration, support, and deployment of enterprise security platforms across global sites. You will work with Lenel, Milestone, Axis, AMAG, and C‑Cure, translating operational needs into effective technical solutions.

You will troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize access control, video management, and related systems, collaborate with vendors and security operations, and contribute to roadmaps aligned to organizational

Qualifications

• Proven direct experience in physical systems integration and security technology.
• Knowledge of access control systems, video management systems, security hardware, locks, sensors, and IoT devices.
• Strong ability to build effective relationships with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver security and technology solutions aligned with corporate standards.
• Experience managing multiple vendors, priorities, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and incident response
• Service request handling
• Vendor coordination
• System monitoring
• Assist with deployments: migrations, firmware updates, reader configurations
• Validate after deployments (badging, access levels, video)
• AD sync validation and data accuracy
• Run basic SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting
• Maintain documentation and SOPs
• Provide responsive support for troubleshooting and incidents
• Contribute to improving user experience across security systems
• Support roadmaps aligned to objectives
• Manage and review requests using ServiceNow/Smartsheet
