Job summary
Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialist, Logistics and Customs Compliance to support global shipments of temperature-controlled GMP materials from its Lexington, MA site. You will work with manufacturers, brokers, and warehouses to ensure compliant, on-time delivery and accurate documentation.
The role requires 1–3 years of logistics or customs experience, HTS/HS knowledge, and SAP or similar ERP proficiency in a fast-regulated setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, life sciences or related field.
- 1–3 years of international logistics and/or customs compliance experience.
- Experience shipping temperature-controlled products.
- Experience with third-party logistics providers and brokers.
- Familiarity with HTS/HS, incoterms, IATA, FDA/CBP processes.
Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee domestic and international shipments of temperature-controlled GMP materials.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers, brokers, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Classify commodities and maintain master data per approved classifications.
- Support regulatory requirements across US and global trade.
