Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale forecasting engagements across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics, epidemiology, and business assumptions.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, actionable forecasts aligned with client objectives.
• Present insights and strategic implications to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
• Define forecasting approaches, methodologies, and best practices across engagements.
• Oversee development of patient-based, revenue-based, and analog-based forecasting models.
• Drive adoption of AI and ML to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead development of forecasting assumptions, scenario analyses, and risk assessments.
• Champion automation using Python, SQL, Power BI, and emerging tech.
• Establish forecasting standards, quality frameworks, and model validation processes.
• Contribute to EY Life Sciences and Commercial Analytics practice growth.
• Lead development of proposals, RFP responses, and go-to-market assets.
• Support account expansion and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Develop innovative offerings leveraging AI and GenAI capabilities.
• Represent EY at industry forums and client workshops.
• Foster an inclusive, agile, high-performance team environment.
