Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting.
• Advanced stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex forecasting engagements ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Define forecasting approaches, methodologies, and best practices across engagements.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML techniques to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Coach and develop teams across forecasting engagements.
