EY is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global pharmaceutical forecasting engagements. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams in developing robust forecasts that inform strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, AI/ML, scenario planning, and lifecycle management, with responsibility for client delivery, practice growth, and people development across EY’s Life

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Experience leading forecasting engagements for global pharmaceutical clients.
• Experience advising senior client stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global forecasting engagements across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Market Access, and Portfolio Strategy teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics, epidemiology, and business assumptions.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, actionable forecasts aligned with client objectives.
• Present insights and strategic implications to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
• Define forecasting approaches, methodologies, and best practices across engagements.
• Oversee development of patient-based, revenue-based, and analog-based forecasting models.
• Drive adoption of AI and ML to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead development of forecasting assumptions, scenario analyses, and risk assessments.
• Champion automation initiatives using Python, SQL, Power BI, and emerging tech.
• Establish forecasting standards, quality frameworks, and model validation.
