Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with relevant professional experience.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting.
• Strong therapeutic area knowledge.
• Advanced stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience leading global forecasting engagements.
• Ability to drive innovation through analytics and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale forecasting engagements across brands and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics and data.
• Champion automation using Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Develop proposals, RFP responses, and go-to-market assets.
• Mentor and develop forecasting teams.
