Job summary

EY is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global forecasting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple programs.

Bring 14+ years in Strategic Forecasting, deep pharma forecasting expertise, and fluency with analytics, AI, and GenAI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field relevant to forecasting and analytics.
14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting or a closely related field.
Proven ability to lead forecasting engagements for global pharmaceutical clients.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
Experience applying AI/GenAI techniques to forecasting and analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale forecasting engagements across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas.
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across Cross-functional teams.
Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting and lifecycle management.
Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on market dynamics and epidemiology.
Ensure delivery of actionable forecasts aligned with client objectives and governance.
