Job summary

Lilly in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large capital projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate front-end planning to operational qualification, and ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives across Brownfield or Greenfield sites.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 10+ years of capital project delivery, willingness to relocate and travel, and authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Willingness to relocate and travel; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams to deliver large capital programs (≥$600MM) with safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Interface with GFD leadership, project teams, governance, and partners to ensure coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all phases.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects.
