Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a senior Capital Projects Manager to oversee large pharma facility programs from concept to validation. You will lead cross-functional teams across design, construction, and qualification, ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

The role requires travel within Europe for long-term assignments and extensive experience in pharma manufacturing. Candidates should have PE or PMP and a track record delivering $1Bn-scale projects in GMP

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science or related to project management.
10+ years of capital project delivery experience in industrial or manufacturing facilities.
Experience managing greenfield projects.
Willingness to travel within Europe for long-term assignments.
Project experience on $1Bn-scale projects.
Pharma manufacturing experience.
Capital project management experience in Pharma facilities (Bulk API, sterile products, secondary packaging, devices, labs).
PE or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead teams to deliver large capital asset programs ($1Bn+).
Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, construction, and qualification.
Ensure safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
