Job summary

Lilly is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead global capital asset programs from concept through commissioning in pharmaceutical facilities. You will manage teams across design, construction, and qualification, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related to PM with 10–15 years of experience.
• At least 5 years in capital project delivery in industrial facilities.
• Willingness to travel or relocate outside home state/country.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver capital asset programs of $10M+.
• Coordinate with Lilly and external contractors to meet safety, cost, schedule and quality targets.
• Communicate with program leadership and governance teams; manage scope changes.
• Develop and implement safety and environmental execution plans for projects.
