Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital asset programs at sites including Indianapolis, with global teams. You will drive cradle-to-grave delivery, ensure safety, quality, and compliance, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering field or related to project management.
• Minimum of 5+ years of capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Willingness to relocate and travel for locations outside home state/country.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams delivering large capital asset programs (≥$50M) and support larger programs ($200M+).
• Coordinate with Lilly and external partners, ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety/environmental requirements.
• Communicate effectively with program leadership and stakeholders across geographies.
