Job summary

Par Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead sourcing, screening, evaluating, and negotiating new licensing or M&A opportunities worldwide.

You will guide international growth, manage cross-functional teams, and partner with executives to drive profitability and strategic expansion. Candidates should have a proven BD track record in pharma, strong financial acumen, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA; MS, MBA or Scientific background highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify & Evaluate Opportunities: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and championing opportunities.
• Analysis: lead strategic and financial analysis for BD decisions including in-licensing, acquisitions, and international opportunities.
• Execution: lead due diligence and coordination with internal/external teams for new product and business opportunities.
• Presentation: present to senior management on BD opportunities.
• Contract Negotiations: lead negotiations with counsel and coordinate with functional teams.
• Business Transition: manage transition of a transaction to project management and cross-functional integration.
