Qualifications
- 15+ years of global HR leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong HR operations, shared services, and employee relations.
- Experience leading HR technology transformations and AI adoption.
- Executive communication and risk management能力.
Responsibilities
- Lead global People Shared Services and transformation efforts.
- Oversee Benefits, Payroll, HR Systems, and Analytics.
- Partner with Legal and Finance for compliance and governance.
- Develop scalable systems and data governance with responsible AI.
- Serve as trusted adviser to CPXO and senior leaders.
