Job summary

Turnitin, LLC is seeking a visionary leader for Global People Operations & Transformation. This remote-first role directs HR Shared Services, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS and Analytics, and Employee Relations, reporting to the CPXO.

The candidate will design scalable operations, implement AI-enabled processes and build leadership depth worldwide. The role requires 15+ years in global HR leadership, strong business acumen and a proven track record in HR transformation.

Qualifications

15+ years of global HR leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced HR qualification preferred.
Strong understanding of global Benefits, Payroll operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead Global People Shared Services across the employee lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding.
Oversee Employee Relations governance, risk management and external ER partnerships.
Drive HR technology modernization, AI and automation in service delivery.
Lead Benefits and Payroll transformation, systems, controls and integration.
