Job summary

NetBox Labs is seeking a People Operations Manager to run day-to-day HR operations for a globally distributed team. You’ll own onboarding, exits, and employee changes, while consolidating systems of record and automating quarterly cycles.

You’ll work with the VP of People to shape the leveling and compensation framework with real ownership. You will manage international compliance, EOR relationships, and benefits administration, focusing on accuracy, speed, and scalable processes across the US

Qualifications

• 4+ years in people operations, ideally in a high growth software company with multi-country workforce.
• Direct, hands on experience running people operations for UK and US; Canada/EU/APAC a plus.
• Benefits administration including PEO/HRIS as system of record; Justworks is a plus.
• Fluency with HR data and spreadsheets; strong written communication.
• Working fluency with AI tools in day-to-day operations; track automation examples.
• Follow through; ownership of tasks and end-to-end results; maintain confidentiality.
• Clear, direct written communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own employee lifecycle operations from onboarding to exits in Justworks and across entities.
• Manage international employment compliance, filings, and EOR relationships.
• Administer benefits, leaves, and vendor coordination; execute open enrollment.
• Own data integrity in HR system of record; consolidate into a single global system.
• Build recurring headcount, attrition, and org data reporting for leadership.
• Automate manual processes; apply AI to drafting docs and reporting.
• Serve as operational point of contact for EMEA and APAC employees.
