NetBox Labs is seeking a People Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations behind a globally distributed team. You will own employee lifecycle processes, international compliance, benefits administration, and data integrity across several countries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in people operations, ideally in a high growth software company under 500 people.
• Direct, hands on experience running people operations for a multi country workforce (UK & US required; Canada/EU/APAC a plus).
• Experience with benefits administration and HRIS/PEO systems (Justworks strong plus).
• Fluency with spreadsheets and HR data; ability to automate using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own employee lifecycle operations end to end for US and international employees.
• Manage international employment and compliance calendars across countries of operation.
• Administer benefits, enrollment, leaves, and vendor coordination.
• Own data integrity in the HR system, consolidating into a single global system of record.
• Automate manual workflows and design processes that scale with growth.
• Produce recurring headcount, attrition, and org data reports.
