Job summary

Aerogen, headquartered in Galway with a global footprint, seeks a Supply Chain Associate to support North America operations and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, EHS, and Finance, manage fleet admin, track KPIs, and coordinate communications.

The role requires 1–3 years in supply chain or operations, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, Excel and IT skills, and a hybrid Chicago office setup (Tue–Thu in office; Mon & Fri remote).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business, supply chain, operations, transportation, or vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations or related field preferred; Associate degree with relevant experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of supply chain and warehousing operations strongly preferred.
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments within an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality reports and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while upholding Aerogen core values.
• Respond to inquiries, prioritize issue resolution, and escalate matters when needed.
• Update and maintain driver profiles and fleet-related records.
• Schedule and coordinate fleet vehicle transfers.
• Support KPI tracking and monthly reporting.
• Assist in cross-functional communication for shipments and inventory availability.
