Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Director of Learning & Development to lead the global L&D practice and the US Talent Acceleration delivery within a matrix organization. You will design multimodal learning experiences, measure impact, and drive AI-enabled learning initiatives across regions.

Lead onboarding, leadership development, and culture programs while growing the US tX team and aligning with business priorities to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Learning, Education, or related field and 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Proven leadership of Learning & Development, across instructional design, delivery, measurement, and learning technology.
• Experience leading in a matrix organization with cross-geography delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead global Learning & Development practice across multimodal design, delivery, measurement, and tech.
• Own US Talent Acceleration delivery and regional strategy for the Americas.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate enterprise priorities into local, impactful learning solutions.
• Drive learning metrics and outcomes to show impact and ROI.
