Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience across onboarding, offboarding, leave, and benefits-related processes.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and managing employee data, reporting, audits, and high-volume transactional workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and sound judgement with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own key employee lifecycle operations, including global onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and leave administration.
• Maintain the integrity of people data by processing changes, managing HRIS records, audits, and reporting.
• Deliver high-quality employee and manager support via PX Operations channels and policy interpretation.
• Develop SOPs and identify process gaps to improve workflows for consistency and efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally across People Experience to improve the employee experience.
