Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Director, People Experience Partner Team to act as an enterprise-level HR leader.

You will shape a long-range people agenda aligned to business strategy, partner with senior executives, and drive cross-region portfolios with measurable outcomes in talent, organization design, and leader effectiveness. You will lead strategic HR initiatives, design future-proof org structures, advance leadership capabilities, oversee succession, and champion data-driven workforce

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12+ years of progressive global HR leadership, with substantial HRBP/PXP scope across regions and proven COE partnership in matrixed environments.
• Depth in org design/change, talent & succession, analytics, and executive advising; track record leading multi-country portfolios.
• Credible executive communicator; models a "One HR" collaboration mindset.
• Global travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnering: convert enterprise and business strategies into a multi-year global people plan and influence executive decisions.
• Organization Design, Change & Leader Effectiveness: architect future-fit org structures and lead change management for growth.
• Talent, Succession & Workforce Planning: run talent rhythm to build critical capabilities where needed.
• People Operations & Employee Experience: simplify end-to-end processes; automate where feasible; balance moments-that-matter with scalable services.
• Data & Insights: provide prescriptive and predictive analytics on engagement, attrition, succession, and productivity.
• Inclusion, Values & Culture: embed values and refreshed behaviors in lifecycle practices; set long-term goals; ensure executive alignment.
