Zusammenfassung

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Global People Development Specialist/Sr. Specialist to design and implement enterprise talent strategies and capability frameworks across Colgate’s global teams.

You will partner with Global People leaders to modernize talent ecosystems, integrating performance, succession, and career paths with responsible AI considerations. Reporting to the People Development Leadership team, you will drive change management, develop standardized playbooks for PBPs and PXPs, and

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
4+ years in HR with talent or organizational development.
Experience with cross-functional HR projects and change management.
Foundational HRIS knowledge.

Aufgaben

Lead Core Talent & Capability Frameworks across the enterprise.
Drive large-scale change management for talent processes.
Enable PBPs and PXP’s with standardized playbooks and analytics.
Champion HR technology and responsible AI in talent systems.
Define measurement frameworks and ROI for talent programs.
