Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Director of Leadership Development to lead the enterprise top-talent portfolio in support of the 2030 strategy. Reporting to the Head of Global Leadership & Organizational Development, you will own strategy, design, and execution of executive development programs and coaching solutions.

You will consult with senior executives and People Partners worldwide to diagnose gaps, modernize learning, and strengthen the global leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership development experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and manage complex leadership portfolios.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships, enterprise coaching partners, and multi-program budgets.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Exceptional executive presence and facilitation capability.

• Drive leadership portfolio strategy across the global enterprise.
• Govern executive talent and coaching programs to accelerate readiness.
• Lead strategic business consultation with senior leaders and partners.
• Direct vendor partnerships and program budgets across regions.

• Oversee end-to-end program execution, timelines, governance, and live delivery.
