Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a seasoned HR professional to join the Global People team. You will own local execution of global People programs, partnering with COEs and leaders to drive performance, talent planning, learning initiatives, and compensation strategy.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, and continuous improvement using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and a track record of HR experience.
• Minimum of 5 years HR or business experience.
• Experience driving continuous improvement in HR programs and initiatives.
• Experience using data to identify HR patterns and inform decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of Global People programs including performance, talent planning, learning & development and compensation with People Business Partners and COEs.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to implement global programs.
• Ensure a high-quality employee lifecycle experience (onboarding, offboarding, career transitions).
• Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance, career development, and leadership capabilities.
