Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Director of Leadership Development to lead the enterprise top-talent portfolio and craft scalable executive development programs aligned to our 2030 strategy. You will consult with senior leaders and People Partners worldwide to diagnose gaps, modernize learning, and strengthen the global leadership pipeline.

You will architect strategy, manage budgets, and partner with top universities and coaching networks to deliver impactful leadership experiences across levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership development, talent management, or organizational development experience.
• Experience designing, delivering, and managing complex leadership portfolios for multi-tier audiences.
• Proven ability managing external vendor relationships, enterprise coaching partners, and multi-program budgets.
• Excellent executive presence and facilitation with senior leaders in a global, matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Architect and steer the global enterprise top-talent leadership development portfolio.
• Oversee executive coaching programs, assessments, and cohort selection processes.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into scalable leadership development solutions.
• Manage the global leadership development budget and external partnerships with universities and coaching networks.
• Establish measurement frameworks and leverage AI-enabled tools to scale capability building.
• Ensure end-to-end program execution, timelines, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
