Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, planning, operations or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in one or more listed areas or 10+ years of experience in those areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to minimize risk and achieve cost savings.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to design strategic sourcing models.
• Communicate and enforce compliance with sourcing strategies.
• Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives; report progress.
• Establish supplier SLAs and KPIs; track performance.
• Draft and manage contract documentation with Legal.
