Job summary

Remote is seeking a Payroll Vendor Relationship Manager to own collaboration with external payroll partners within the Global Payroll team. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll Vendor Operations and work in a fully remote, international setting.

The role requires experience in regional/global payroll vendor operations, multi-country payroll software implementations, and strong negotiation and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional/global payroll vendor operations.
• Experience implementing payroll software in multiple countries.
• Fluent English with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external payroll vendors.
• Lead country onboarding, vendor negotiations and contract reviews.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and cost tracking with vendors.
• Collaborate with Tax, FP&A, Legal, Security and Onboarding teams.
• Develop training resources for payroll processes and tools.
