Job summary

Remote is seeking a Payroll Vendor Relationship Manager to own collaboration with external payroll partners within the Global Payroll team. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll Vendor Operations and work with cross-functional teams across Tax, FP&A, Legal, Security, and Operations to deploy payroll solutions globally.

• Experience in regional/global payroll vendor operations.
• Experience implementing payroll software in multiple countries.
• Experience managing third-party payroll vendor relationships.
• Excellent contract negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Scoping & Research: continuously research payroll vendors globally and present best options.
• New Country Expansion: manage end-to-end onboarding for new countries, including contracts and data migration.
• Payroll Vendor Relations & Performance Evaluation: ensure client satisfaction and meet SLAs/KPIs.
• Cost Tracking & Analysis: review invoices, track costs, and discuss variances with leadership.
• Communication & Collaboration: collaborate with Tax, FP&A, Legal, Security, Operations and Onboarding teams to deploy payroll solutions.
