Job summary

Sartorius North America is seeking a Payroll Solutions Expert for our global payroll COE, based in Puerto Rico or the East Coast of the USA. You will design, implement, and continuously improve payroll solutions, overseeing data governance and integration with IT and service providers to optimize data delivery and service quality.

You will develop dashboards and KPIs using Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, and collaborate with HR, vendors, and local payroll teams across AMERICAS.

Qualifications

Academic degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience with payroll applications, upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
Proficient with Tableau or Power BI for analytics.
Fluency in English and Spanish, willing to travel 10–20%.
Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver payroll solutions, governance, and data quality improvements.
Coordinate with IT and service providers for integrations.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor payroll performance.
Lead data governance and privacy initiatives for AMERICAS.
Engage stakeholders and vendors to implement new payroll tech.
