Job summary

Sartorius seeks a Payroll Solutions Expert for our global payroll COE based in Puerto Rico or East Coast, USA. You will design, implement, and continuously improve payroll solutions with a focus on data integrity, security, and service delivery for the AMERICAS region.

The ideal candidate has a degree in business or informatics, hands-on payroll application experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will collaborate with IT and HR, develop dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, and drive data

Qualifications

Academic degree in Business Administration or related field.
Strong experience with payroll application development, support and maintenance.
Experience with BI tools Tableau and Power BI.
Fluency in English and Spanish; willingness to travel 10-20%.
Knowledge of data governance principles.

Responsibilities

Tackle complex payroll solutions issues and redesign processes to prevent future challenges.
Manage payroll service delivery and data governance structures across departments.
Design payroll processes with global service providers and coordinate IT integration.
Monitor and optimize payroll processes for data accuracy and user experience.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with local HR and vendors to introduce new payroll solutions.
