Job summary

Remote is seeking a Global Payroll Solutions Consultant to join the Solutions Consulting AMER team. This role focuses on launching and expanding Remote's Global Payroll offering, shaping go-to-market efforts, and delivering sustained value to clients in a remote-first environment.

You will partner with Sales to drive adoption, stay current on product features, and translate client needs into actionable scopes while educating teams on technical components and value propositions.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of multi-country and multi-state payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance.
• Experience consulting on global payroll processes and stakeholder management.
• Strong sales process understanding in a SaaS/tech-enabled environment.
• Ability to translate payroll concepts for HR and executives with clear storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Shape go-to-market strategies for Remote’s Global Payroll solution with the Sales team.
• Act as SME on Global Payroll services and stay updated on product features and industry trends.
• Demonstrate value of Global Payroll via tailored demos, proposals, and presentations.
• Develop collateral and playbooks for the Global Payroll buyer journey with stakeholders.
• Translate client needs into a clear scope of work for handoff to Implementation.
