Rippling is seeking a Global Payroll Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives focused on Global Payroll offerings (EOR, Global Payroll) within a fast-growing organization. You will report to the VP Sales, Global Payroll and help shape the payroll product sales playbook.

You will build, coach, and scale the team, drive strategic deals, and collaborate cross-functionally to fuel growth while maintaining strong forecasts and quota attainment in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in tech sales (managerial role)
• Top performer with a track record of exceeding targets as manager and individual contributor
• Ability to accurately forecast team performance and provide constructive feedback
• Motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to learn
• Experience selling Global Payroll, EOR, or HRIS/HCM software (preferred)
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and scale a team of Global Payroll Account Executives
• Build the Global AE playbook and best practices for growth and scale
• Support your team through strategic sales cycles by mapping customer needs to Rippling value
• Monitor activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment
• Report on team and individual results through pipeline management
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and ramp-up of new team members
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AE, Account Managers, marketing, and operations
