Figma is seeking a Payroll Program Manager to scale global payroll operations across AMER and EMEA, with APAC support as needed. This high-impact IC role combines payroll expertise with program management and cross-functional partnership.

You will drive initiatives from planning to implementation, manage vendor transitions, country launches, integrations, and process improvements while collaborating with Benefits, HRIS, Accounting, and People teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of global payroll across AMER and EMEA.
• Proven experience leading payroll implementations and country launches.
• Hands-on payroll operations from processing to reconciliation.
• Experience with global payroll vendors and cross-functional stakeholders; Workday experience required.
• Strong program management and communication in a high-growth global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of payroll initiatives from planning through implementation, including vendor transitions and new-country launches.
• Partner with regional Payroll teams to define requirements and drive projects to completion.
• Collaborate with Benefits, HRIS, Accounting, People, and partners to translate business changes into payroll solutions.
• Partner with global payroll vendors to drive project delivery and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize payroll processes across regions.
• Support payroll operations across the full cycle including review and processing coverage.
• Establish scalable program management practices and visibility across the portfolio.
• Leverage data, automation, and AI to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy.
