You will build policies, close gaps, and scale payroll as FieldAI expands into new countries, reporting to the Controller and working with People Ops, Legal, and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll end-to-end for a global, distributed workforce across UCAN, APAC, and EMEA.
• Establish payroll policies and processes to scale across new countries.
• Partner with People Ops, Legal, and finance to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
• Continuously improve accuracy, timeliness, and reporting for executives and auditors.
