Qualifications

• 8+ years of payroll/HR operations experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences company with leadership responsibility.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP WorkforceNow, Deel, etc.) and HRIS (Oracle Fusion HCM, etc.).
• Deep understanding of multi-state tax compliance audits (SOX, 401k), and process ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of US and Canada payroll operations with oversight of EU and India.
• Establish and improve payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee payroll calculations including earnings, deductions, and withholding elections.
• Lead a payroll team and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal.
