Cook Inc - Bloomington is seeking a Manager, Payroll Operations to lead the Payroll Shared Services team in Bloomington. You will own payroll data integrity, ensure on-time processing, and partner with HR, HRIS, Benefits and Finance to drive reliable payroll execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, or related field required.
10+ years of progressive payroll experience required.
Experience with HCM/payroll platforms preferred.
Certification in CPP/IPASS preferred.
Strong understanding of payroll operations and global data governance.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day payroll operations and meet payroll deadlines.
Serve as SME for payroll platform configuration and data integrity; primary escalation for complex issues.
Reconcile payroll activity to the general ledger and coordinate with Finance.
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives, including AI adoption.
Support global payroll expansion and onboarding of international entities.
