Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Hands-on experience with HCM/payroll platforms.
• Payroll certifications (CPP, IPASS) preferred.
• Experience with global payroll processing and leadership.
• Fluency in AI and data concepts to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day payroll operations for the Payroll Shared Services team and meet deadlines with minimal errors.
• Serve as the payroll SME, including platform configuration, troubleshooting and data integrity.
• Reconcile payroll activity to the general ledger and coordinate with Finance.
• Escalate and resolve complex employee payroll inquiries timely and accurately.
• Identify and lead process improvements and automation, leveraging AI and tools like Power BI.
• Support global payroll expansion, onboarding new international entities.
• Collaborate with HRIS to maintain payroll data integrity and governance.
• Guide local HR and Finance teams for markets not directly supported by regional teams.
• Consolidate payroll reference materials into a single, well-governed repository.
• Represent regional payroll in enterprise data decisions and policies.
• Partner with HR, Benefits, and Finance on payroll-impacting initiatives.
• Support mergers, acquisitions and divestitures from a payroll perspective.
• Mentor and develop team members; plan succession and staffing needs.
• Develop a forward-looking payroll roadmap with owners, deadlines and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and regulatory requirements.
