• Serve as SME for payroll platform configuration, troubleshooting and data integrity.
• Lead process improvement, automation and data governance initiatives including AI adoption.
• Mentor and develop team, plan staffing and succession.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Benefits and Finance to support global payroll expansion.
