Job summary

Quantinuum seeks a seasoned Director of Global Payroll & Mobility to lead payroll operations, time and attendance, mobility programs and relocation support across a growing global workforce. You will partner with Finance, Legal and Total Rewards to ensure compliance, accuracy and a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience.
• Minimum 5+ years managing global payroll operations and teams.
• Experience supporting multi-country payroll environments.
• Due to US contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or eligible status).
• Due to national security rules, not a PRC or Russian national unless a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global payroll operations across countries and entities.
• Oversee time and attendance administration and payroll integrations.
• Manage global mobility, immigration, relocation and compliance programs.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Total Rewards to govern payroll and equity taxation.
• Establish controls, audits, and governance to ensure audit readiness.
• Lead and develop a high-performing payroll/mobility team.
