Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, human resources, information systems, or a related field.
CPP or GPMI or other payroll certifications preferred.
12+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience in multinational environments (25,000+ employees).
7+ years of leadership in global payroll teams, managers, and outsourced providers.
Experience leading payroll operations during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic and operational global payroll operations for 50K+ employees across 30+ countries and entities.
Provide governance, risk management, and internal controls for payroll processes.
Drive automation, AI, and digital transformation across payroll technology and data quality.
Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT and vendors to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Oversee vendor management with ADP and other providers, including SLAs and pricing.
