Job summary

Quantinuum seeks an experienced Director of Global Payroll & Mobility to lead payroll operations, time and attendance, mobility programs, immigration processes, and relocation support. This onsite role in Broomfield, CO may allow up to 2 remote days per week with approvals.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across a rapidly growing global workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing global payroll operations and teams.
• Experience in multi-country payroll environments.
• U.S. Person as defined by contractual requirements (citizenship/green card).
• U.S. national restrictions apply for foreign nationals per security rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global payroll operations across countries and entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing with stakeholders and vendors.
• Establish payroll governance, controls, and audit processes.
• Manage payroll provider relationships and service delivery performance.
• Partner with Finance on payroll accounting, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Oversee global mobility, immigration, and relocation programs.
• Support equity administration in payroll taxation and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with global payroll and labor regulations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing payroll & mobility team.
• Set KPIs, SLAs, and governance reporting.
