Job summary

Remote is seeking a dedicated professional to validate payroll migrations across multiple countries. You will audit data before migrations, run parallel tests, analyze variances, and ensure readiness for go-live through rigorous evidence and defects management.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance and country specialists to build scalable test packs and controls. Excellent English and cross-country payroll experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll migration experience across multiple countries.
• Experience with parallel runs and verifying outputs.
• Strong data reconciliation and variance analysis skills.
• Rigorous testing discipline with edge-case coverage.
• Proven ability to own defects through closure.
• Experience building automation and AI-assisted validation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Audit migration data before movement, covering employee records, contracts, pay items, historic data, tax and benefits.
• Run parallel tests, refine process for country-specific needs, validate calculations, filings and reports.
• Reconcile outputs and investigate variances to root cause.
• Log defects with Product/Engineering and verify closure before go-live.
• Assess country readiness and prepare evidence and recommendations for decision-makers.
• Maintain audit trails of tested and fixed items.
• Monitor first payroll cycles post-go-live and manage defects to resolution.
• Identify recurring findings and contribute to shared test packs and controls.
• Collaborate with Payroll Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance and country specialists.
