Job summary

InterDigital is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our Finance team at the Conshohocken, PA office. This role oversees payroll for approximately 500 employees across 7 countries, coordinating with HR, IS, and GL-Accounting, and reports to the Director of Accounting Transactional Services.

The Payroll Manager will lead the payroll team, ensure tax compliance and timely filings, manage vendor relationships (ADP, etc.), and drive process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years payroll experience including global payroll.
• Experience with ADP/Workforce Now and Workday HCM.
• Multi-state payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global payroll team across 7 countries.
• Drive payroll process efficiency and automation.
• Coach and develop payroll staff.
• Collaborate with HR, IS and Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy and integrations.
• Ensure correct handling of earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Oversee year-end tax reporting and audits.
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors such as ADP.
