InterDigital, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Global Payroll Manager to oversee global payroll processes for approximately 500 employees. This role requires managing the payroll team, ensuring payroll accuracy, and compliance with federal and state tax requirements.

The Global Payroll Manager will lead payroll processing across multiple countries, drive process efficiencies, and train the payroll staff. This position requires a presence at the Conshohocken, PA office three days per week.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of payroll experience, including international/global payroll experience.
• Advanced-level knowledge of ADP/Workforce Now and Workday HCM.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Global Payroll team responsible for payroll processing.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with tax requirements.
• Perform quarterly audits to reconcile payments.
