Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including US multi-state.
• Regional multi-country payroll or HR experience preferred.
• Experience in a multinational, complex payroll environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Americas and APAC payroll operations with a regional team.
• Own end-to-end payroll delivery across entities and calendars.
• Collaborate with third-party providers and local country experts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Partner with Accounting/Treasury on funding and GL impacts.
• Drive process improvements, dashboards, and scalable reporting.
• Coach and develop the payroll team and manage cross-functional projects.
