Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a world-class Manager, Global Payroll to lead payroll operations across the Americas and APAC, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll delivery for Snap’s global teams.

You will partner with third-party providers, local country specialists, and Finance to drive process excellence, implement Payroll governance, and support equity-based compensation processing in Workday and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state US payroll.
• Regional multi-country payroll or HR experience in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Americas and APAC payroll operations for regional partners and Snap team members.
• Own end-to-end payroll delivery across entities, countries, pay frequencies, and calendars.
• Partner with third-party providers, tax advisors, and local country specialists to optimize service levels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain audit readiness across regions.
• Develop and maintain payroll controls, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Treasury on funding, cash forecasting, and GL impacts.
• Lead payroll migrations, acquisitions, reorganizations, or system changes.
