Snap Inc. seeks a world-class Manager, Global Payroll to lead payroll service delivery across the Americas and APAC, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant results for Snap employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR or related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state US payroll.
• Regional multi-country payroll or HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and global payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Americas and APAC payroll operations with a team of payroll professionals.
• Own end-to-end payroll delivery across entities and countries, including calculations, funding, tax remittances, and reporting.
• Collaborate with third-party providers and local country specialists to set SLAs and ensure compliant operations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and maintain audit readiness and payroll controls.
• Partner with Accounting and Treasury on funding, cash forecasting, and GL impacts.
• Support RSU and equity-related payroll processing and related inputs.
