Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee accurate and timely payroll and tax processing for U.S., Canadian, Mexican and South African employees. You will lead a global payroll operation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and manage vendor relationships and audits.

The ideal candidate will have deep payroll expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of handling complex payroll processes while delivering a high-quality employee experience.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in payroll and payroll tax administration.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and supervise a payroll administration team; provide guidance and performance feedback.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and standardization.
