Job summary

SPX Technologies in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Manager, Payroll to lead global payroll operations for US and international colleagues. You will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, tax compliance, and team performance.

You will partner with HRIS, Finance, and HR to ensure accurate data, timely filings, and continuous process improvements while maintaining strict confidentiality and high-quality employee experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of payroll and payroll tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for US, Canadian, Mexican and South African employees.
• Lead payroll team and coordinate with HR, HRIS, Finance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely payroll tax filings.
• Drive process improvements and system optimizations.
