SPX Technologies, Inc. seeks a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll and tax processing for US, Canada, Mexico, and South Africa. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory adherence, and a high-quality employee experience across jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate brings deep payroll expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of optimizing processes while partnering with HR, HRIS, and Finance in a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in payroll and payroll tax administration.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment standards.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for US, Canadian, Mexican and South African employees.
• Review timekeeping records, deductions, and payroll data for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/provincial regulations including tax withholding and garnishments.
• Lead payroll team and collaborate with HR, HRIS, Finance, and other departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and standardization.
