NOVUS International, Inc. is seeking a Payroll professional to own and administer US and Canada payroll, ensuring accurate, compliant processing using UKG Pro and related systems. You will partner with HR and HRIS to reflect lifecycle events, changes, and deductions, while maintaining data integrity.

The role emphasizes audits, regulatory reporting, and ongoing process improvements within a hybrid work model, with opportunities to support global payroll governance and shared services initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive payroll administration experience.
• Experience with UKG Pro and US payroll processing.
• Canadian payroll processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer payroll for the United States and Canada.
• Ensure data integrity across payroll systems and HRIS.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain payroll tax activities and regulatory filings.
• Lead governance and documentation for payroll processes.
• Support globalization of payroll through shared services and vendor oversight.
